For more than 40 years, Community Connections remains committed to innovative and compassionate mental health services, addiction treatment, homeless prevention, affordable housing, residential supports, and coordination of whole person care for the District of Columbia’s most vulnerable citizens. Today, that work is more important than ever.

Changes to Medicaid eligibility and significant reduction in funding for evidenced based practices and safety net programs have left too many of our neighbors without access to critical care. At the same time, homelessness, housing costs, and food insecurity continue to rise across the city.

Your gift, no matter the size, helps us meet these challenges with action: providing meals, treatment, housing, and hope to those who need it most.
